Taurus T. Bartlett, also known under the stage name Polo G in the United States is a writer and rapper. Pop Out is his most well-known song. Sometimes referred to as Mr. Capalot, or Polo Capalot the ace rapper who hails from Chicago Illinois, started gaining attention after he began releasing tracks on YouTube. First releases included the tracks the singles "The Come Up and "Never Cared" and he then made his SoundCloud debut with the mixtape "OFFICIAL POLOG SOUNDCLOUD". Gang With Me was his first single to chart, and was then followed by the album Finer Things. The latter was written by him during his time in prison. The single was his debut and he had thousands of YouTube views. In the following days, major record companies started showing interest in his music. Pop Out feat. Lil Tjay was released by the rapper when he signed an agreement to release his music through Columbia Records. The rapper's first hit song reached the top spot on Billboard Hot 100 at number 22. A huge number of viewers watched the track through YouTube. Polo G was a YouTube phenomenon and attained a fair amount of popularity through other social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
