Katheryn Katheryn Suzy SuzyKatheryn Winnick is a Canadian actor, producer and director from Canada. Winnick was the star of the critically acclaimed and Emmy-winning TV show Vikings produced by MGM, The History Channel which won her a variety of awards. Winnick is also the director for the pilot episode for Vikings in the year 2020. Entertainment Weekly declared that her character is "Lagertha is possibly the most fascinating female character in the world of television." Her performance as the fiery shieldmaiden has brought her impressive accolades including a Women's Image Network award for Best Actress in the Drama Series in the year 2018, nominated for a Critic's choice Award for the Best supporting Actress in a Drama Series and a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Performance by a Lead Dramatic Actress (2014), Most Outstanding Actress in the drama Series according to the Women's Image Network nominations in 2014, 2015, as well as an Golden Maple Award nomination for the Best Actress in the field of TV Series. Katheryn earned her Serendipity Film Award of Excellence for 2015's Banff World Media Festival 2015. Katheryn was chosen to serve as a member of the jury for the upcoming Cannes Series Festival.
